ContactEngine, a provider of conversational artificial intelligence technology to automate customer communications, has partnered with Vonage, a cloud communications provider, to deliver its multichannel conversations across the world.
Through this partnership, ContactEngine will augment Vonage's AI-powered solutions with its proactive conversational AI capabilities.
Through the Vonage Communications Platform, Vonage Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) will help ContactEngine deliver communications across all digital channels internationally.
The partnership also strengthens both Vonage's and ContactEngine's offerings on the international stage.
