Customer experience solutions provider ConneXio has launched ConneXio Cloud, a software suite that includes contact center, CRM, and communications technologies.
ConneXio Cloud includes software and technology for programmable interactive voice response and call menus, PBX and telephony, ConneXio CRM, workforce management and optimization, sales and telemarketing, monitoring and reporting, dialers, VoIP and SIP trunking, and outsourcing.
"Over the past 10 years we have aggregated resources from all over the globe to build an ecosystem of software, people, and resources for our clients to leverage," founder Billy Shaheen said in a statement. "Years ago, I was a young, naive entrepreneur who learned the hard way. We lost money, time, and opportunity in our journey to be where we are today. The goal is to remove the headaches we went through out of day to day for businesses and allow them to focus on what they do best."
Their new platform, ConneXio Cloud, is available now for businesses across the world.
