Confirmit has with signed an agreement with Futurelab, a customer experience management (CEM) consultancy specializing in customer-centric business strategies. The partnership will combine Confirmit’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) solutions with Futurelab’s consulting expertise in the development of customer-centric programs.
