After more than eight years of overseas market development and more than 10 years of steady operation in China, Callnovo, a Canadian-managed offshore contact center service provider, has reached a milestone of having 3,000 call center agents in China.
The company has a number of overseas clients of all sizes from the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia in many different verticals, including telecom, e-commerce, IT, fashion, real estate, education, retail, and Visa Services.
Callnovo said that more Western companies are entering China because its B2B and B2C markets are growing rapidly, and it can handle basic small projects handled by only one agent to the more demanding large projects that may require as many as 100-plus full-time agents.
