Clarity Connect adds call management capabilities to direct instant message, calls, Web chat, and email for internal groups or traditional customer/user communications. All of these are native to Microsoft Skype for Business.Its contact center solution, exclusively built for Skype for Business, enables organizations to bring Skype for Business to their contact centers, and extends the power of contact center applications to the rest of the enterprise.
