CallTower, a provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions, has integrated its Direct Routing solution with Microsoft Teams.
When users migrate to Teams with CallTower Direct Routing, essential tools, like contact center, CRM integration, device management, SD-WAN, faxing, paging, door buzzers, and failover to other devices, are unlocked for CallTower customers. Microsoft Teams with CallTower Direct Routing provides customers with increased connectivity and collaboration, app integration, and change management.
