CallTower, a provider of cloud-based unified communications and collaboration solutions, today launched CT Cloud Contact Center with one month of free service, no implementation fees, and express deployment during the COVID-19 outbreak.
CallTower is providing customers with a program through April 30 to help them move to its Cloud Contact Center and start taking live traffic within two to five business days. Advanced IVR configurations will be completed in two to four weeks.
