Light Communications, a turn-key software solutions specialist for enterprise multimedia contact centers, has selected CallMiner Eureka as its recommended speech analytics platform. Light Communications will resell CallMiner Eureka as part of its end-to-end portfolio of enterprise contact center solutions.
