Calabrio, a provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, announced a new preferred distributor partnership with PCS Software in Brazil. PCS specializes in the development of high-tech solutions for contact centers and is a leading provider in the rapidly growing Brazilian market.
Brazil is already the world's seventh largest market for contact center services and continues to grow at an accelerated pace. The new preferred distribution partnership with PCS is part of Calabrio's ongoing strategy to expand its growing global customer base through key partnerships in strategic locations around the world. Calabrio also recently opened a regional office in the Asia Pacific region.
