Calabrio, a provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, has teamed up with AdvanTel Networks, a technology solutions provider, marking further expansion within the Avaya partner network.
Based in San Jose, Calif., AdvanTel Networks designs, implements and maintains converged communication solutions to businesses worldwide. The joint partnership will extend the company’s Calabrio ONE platform to AdvanTel's network for more-optimized customer service.
