Bright Pattern Partners with Robert C. Davis & Associates

Bright Pattern, a provider of omnichannel contact center software, is partnering with Robert C. Davis and Associates, a contact center consulting firm.

Under the agreement, Bright Pattern Contact Center will help Robert C. Davis and Associates provide omnichannel technology to its clients. Bright Pattern's cloud-first, native platform facilitates conversations across all channels with customer-centric self-service and bot channels using artificial intelligence from IBM Watson and Google.
