Bright Pattern, a provider of enterprise contact center software, is partnering with Paxyl Solutions, a specialist in omnichannel contact center solutions and unified technologies.
Under the agreement, Bright Pattern Contact Center software will become a core component of Paxyl Solutions' contact center suite.
