Bright Pattern Adds Monet Software WFM to Partner Ecosystem

Bright Pattern, a provider of omnichannel cloud contact center software, has partnered with Monet Software, a provider of cloud-based workforce optimization solutions for contact centers, to bring forecasting and scheduling benefits to contact center managers and agents alike.

Monet WFO Live includes workforce management, call recording, quality monitoring, and performance management.
