Avaya and RingCentral, a provider of cloud communications, collaboration, and contact center solutions, today announced general availability of Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral.
Avaya Cloud Office provides an all-in-one solution for collaboration across multiple channels, enabling voice calls, team messaging, meetings, conferencing, file sharing and more.

With Avaya Cloud Office, customers can do the following:
- Communicate and collaborate using voice, video, team messaging, SMS, and fax;
- Simplify communications through one app available on a wide range of devices and locations;
- Scale at any time;
- Take advantage of RingCentral's open platform APIs and more than 200 pre-built business solution integrations;
- Use Avaya phones and devices, including J139, J169, and J179 Series phones, with additional devices to be added.

Avaya has signed five master agents, including Jenne, ScanSource, AVANT Communications, Synnex, and Telarus, to launch Avaya Cloud Office. Additionally, nearly 800 channel partner agents have been onboarded to sell Avaya Cloud Office.
