Audian, a telecom software company, has released Dimensions, a real-time call analytics solution powered by Xarios Technologies, a developer of advanced telephony applications.
Integrated into Audian's Hosted Voice telecom solution, Dimensions provides call logging, real-time call analytics, and display technologies.

Audian's call analytics feature allows users to observe, both visually and audibly, how calls were received and where they were routed. These features provide businesses a true picture of any call and detailed agent and queue performance reports. Additionally, real-time information can be displayed on any TV with an Amazon FireTV stick.
