Atento, a CRM and business transformation outsourcing company, is partnering with Tech Mahindra, a provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, to deliver end-to-end business transformation solutions and services that leverage generative artificial intelligence as well as customer experience consulting for customers in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
The partnership will provide a suite of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions and services in more than 50 languages. These BPO solutions and services will be channeled through an operating system and operating model and leverage emerging technologies, such as genAI, automation, analytics, process mining, virtual assistants, and conversational AI.
