Aircall, a provider of cloud-based phone and contact center solutions is partnering with Florida-based master agent Telecom Consulting Group (TCG), enabling thousands of TCG partners to offer Aircall's CCaaS solution to their SMB customers.

"Our pre-built integrations to all of the top cloud-based CRM and help desk tools are essential to growth and scale, and TCG recognizes how valuable this partnership can be to fill that gap."
