Agility Metrics Inc., a provider of Customer Experience Management solutions, announced that it is formally renaming itself as Leger Metrics Inc.
The renaming reflects the new relationship with Leger Marketing, a strategic investor which acquired a majority share of Agility Metrics in November, 2012. Leger Metrics will continue to provide industry CME solutions that capture the voice of the customer after engagement and transform feedback into actionable insights for real-time management of the customer experience.
