Agile Cloud, al provider of cloud IP-PBX services, has launched Cloco, a low-cost cloud-based call center service.
"Customers have invested in PBX, call center software, and hardware to launch a new call center. We offer all needed systems as a cloud service. Customers can use a full set of inbound call center functions without PBX if they have a PC linked to the Internet. This means customers can reduce CAPEX using Cloco. For outbound, we will launch additional functions soon," said Agile Cloud CEO Fujio Mimomi in a statement.
Cloco is an integrated cloud-based call center service. It provides the following functions for inbound call centers:
- Automatic call distribution(ACD);
- Interactive voice response (IVR) scheduling;
- Call recording;
- Statistics reporting;
- Seat status reporting;
- Monitoring/whispering;
- CRM integrations;
- FAQ;
- Text chat;
- Call history;
- Call queuing;
- Mute/call parking/call transfer; and
- Conference calling.
Cloco supports English and Japanese. The monthly fee is $500 for 10 seats and $3,500for 100 seats.
