Acqueon Technologies, a provider of customer collaboration solutions, has partnered with Umojo to provide customers with a cloud-based, Lync-native contact center solution. Umojo, a voice provider for Office 365, offers customers full PBX replacement functionality for Lync, and now with the implementation of Acqueon’s AiQ contact center, Umojo will offer CCaaS to Office 365 customers.
