8x8, a cloud communications provider, has enhanced its XCaaS (Experience Communications as a Service) with support for video meetings with up to 500 active participants, deeper integrations with 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams, and advanced mobility.
8x8 XCaaS is built on the 8x8 Experience Communications Platform, a cloud technology platform for employee and customer engagement, which includes fully integrated ontact center, voice, video meetings, team chat, and embedded APIs.
