3CLogic, a cloud-based contact center provider hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), has integrated its technology with Lime Light CRM, a provider of continuity based processing and campaign management.
The new partnership will provide marketing organizations of all sizes a complete suite of cloud-based inbound, outbound, and blended call center features while streamlining their entire campaign and order management processes with Lime Light’s CRM platform.
The integration provides customer representatives a complete 360-degree view all client interactions via voice, chat, email, or social media channels.
